How it works

1Get the sticker

Delivered in Baku or from partner shops. The seller reports the sale to TapUp and the sticker is activated within minutes.

2Scan and link it to your profile

The first scan of an activated sticker links it to your account. You add the model and colour, and your social accounts if you like.

3Get the messages

When someone scans it, their chosen message arrives in TapUp and, 5 times a month for free, on WhatsApp.

Your number is never shown

Ready-made messages onlyThe person scanning can't write free text, only pick from a list.
You choose what to showYour name and photo are hidden by default. The sticker page shows "TapUp user".
Encrypted chatChats with friends are encrypted; admins can't read them.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person scanning see my number?

No. Your sign-up number is never shown anywhere. The message arrives in TapUp and, if you like, as a WhatsApp notification.

Do I need an app?

No. QR or NFC opens a page in the normal browser, no sign-up needed.

Does NFC work through glass?

Usually yes, but heat-reflective glass can block it. We recommend the outside of the glass or a side window; QR works in any case.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. The delivery fee is agreed with you after the order.

I bought a sticker but it says "not activated yet"?

A sticker bought in a shop is activated once the seller reports the sale to TapUp, usually within minutes. If it takes longer, message us.
